Is it safe for cats?
Yes. Catzi sits at 28 grams — roughly the weight of an AA battery — and mounts on a safety-release collar designed to pop open if snagged. It does not restrict jaw, neck, or limb movement.

How much does it weigh?
28 grams, including mount. Vets generally recommend that any worn object stay under 2% of a cat's body weight — Catzi meets that threshold for cats above ~1.5kg.

Does it come with a memory card?
Yes. Every Catzi ships with a 32GB microSD card pre-inserted — about six hours of 1080p footage — plus a USB-C cable and adapter. Nothing else to buy.

Is it rechargeable?
Yes — internal lithium cell, USB-C. A full charge takes under 40 minutes and gives 2–3 hours of continuous 1080p recording.

How does it attach?
Catzi clips onto the included adjustable collar via a low-profile mount. The angle locks in one of three positions so footage stays straight no matter how fast she moves.

Is it ready to use out of the box?
Completely. No app, no account, no pairing. Charge it, clip it on, press record. Pull the card and drop the files on any computer when she's home.
